Common problems for Connectivity Issues

I have a HP 7640 printer.  I just put in an ink cartridge from Instant Ink.  The printer could not be connected to web services.  What do I do.  It worked before I put the cartridge in.

I see that the replacement Instant Ink cartridge is not working. Insert the old ink cartridge and check for the error.

 

Restart the wireless router, the printer, and the PC

Make sure the printer is connected to the internet.

 

Perform the steps mentioned in this document - Cannot Connect to Web Services

 

Also, check your HP Instant Ink account page. Your Instant Ink account page will have notifications if there are any issues with the account or recent cartridge shipment, it will even provide solutions on how to fix the issue. You may log in to your HP Instant Ink account page from here.
