I have an OfficeJet Pro 6975 and I’m trying to connect it to a new network. However, when I try to use the network setup or restore network settings, it gives me the pop up of "this feature has been locked by the person who setup your printer". Everything is locked, everywhere. 

I saw in another forum that support is sending a PM on restoring the printer to factory settings. Please let me know if you can do this
