Product: HP DeskJet 2652 All-in-One Printer
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have an HP Desk Jet 2652 all-in-one series printer and am trying to print from my Samsung  A53 mobile phone. The printer is connected successfully to my phone. When I attempt to print a document a message comes up that says printer is blocked authentication is required and asks me to put in my username and password. I put in the only username and password I use and it doesn't accept it. It is beyond frustrating because I know my username and password! Can anyone help with this issue PLEASE?
