A while ago our office was acquired by another company.  I have turned off HP Connected for instant ink.  However, now I can't print.  It keeps trying to connect through WiFi even though it's plugged directly into my desktop.  I have turned off the Web setting with no luck.  I'm sure this is something simply but it's eluded me so far.  Any one been through something similar?  I just want to use my hardwired connection for the printer but no go!

@JoanM51, Welcome to the HP Support Community! I’m here to help.

I understand you are not able to print. Make sure the Instant Ink enrollment has been canceled. Turning off web services will not cancel the subscription. For assistance, refer to - Cancel Your HP Instant Ink Service

Also, use regular HP ink cartridges to print.

After cancellation, Instant Ink cartridges will not work.

If you do not wish to cancel the subscription, enable web services and connect the printer to the internet to resume printing.

I hope this answers your query.
