UNABLE TO CONNECT TO WIFI

HP Recommended

Hi,

First of all let me tell you how frustrated I am using HP Printer. This piece of ***bleep*** doesn't work at all. I have been trying to connect this to my WIFI  and it doesn't work. Tech support spend hours and hours but no clue. My call was routed from one person to another but this **bleep** doesn't work. I am using HP Deskjet 3752 and the msg it gives The wireless radio on your HP Printer is currently Turned off. Printer is still under warranty, can someone please tell me if there's any option to connect this piece of garbage to my computer before I throw this out and buy a new printer with definitely not HP.

Welcome to the HP support community.

I have brought your issue to the attention of an appropriate team within HP. They will likely request information from you in order to look up your case details or product serial number. Please look for a private message from an identified HP contact. Additionally, keep in mind not to publicly post personal information (serial numbers and case details).

If you are unfamiliar with how the Community's private message capability works, you can learn about that here.

Thank you for visiting the HP Support Community.
