Product: HP ENVY 6032e All-in-One Printer
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

Recently purchased the above printer. Loaded paper and installed ink cartridges. Photo copied OK but unable to connect the printer to the computer. Went to HP Smart, inputted the printer model but unable to access further (remained 'Pending'. Please advise. No smartphone to cannot access the app
