Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

I am having a issue with printing in color ever since the windows update. I have updated windows again this morning and restarted the computer and it still doesnt work. When i print the print test page from the printer setting in (control panel) the page prints in color but when i come to print anything else in color it simply doesnt work. I uninstalled and reinstalled the drivers and HP smart app on my pc and it still doesnt work. Im sure its a tiny little click somehewre i must click but ive looked everywhere ... i follow any advise i found online and on Hp website but i still cannot print in color from my pc. When i print from my phone it works in color but i cannot do double-sided so I wanted to print from my pc as before i was able to print double-sided and in color from my pc. Note that I can print from my pc right now in black or monochrome but it doesnt print in color. 

 

Here is the messages I see when installing HP OfficeJet 3830 series Print and Scan Driver and Accessories 40.11 164.2 MB April 24 2017 found on the support site. 

 

1..preprare.......2..connest.........3..activate 

The software is installed and your device is connected.

Nest, finish setting up you HP Office Jet 3830 series by activating.

 

This is where it then says......

 

Unable to connect

Connection to the internet was not found or lost. Please check the connection and then click retry.

 

 

I don not understand why it would say that as both my pc and printer are connected to the same router _ a new router i got 2 weeks ago. Note that with my old router I had the same issue. I havent been able to print in color for months now.
