Hi @marili10

Welcome to the HP Support Community!

Thanks for posting your query! We're here to help you get back up and running.

Since you've changed your network provider, your HP Color LaserJet Pro M182nw needs to be reconnected to the new Wi-Fi. Here’s how you can do it:

1. Use the Printer Control Panel

  • Power on your printer.
  • Navigate to the Wireless or Network menu.
  • Select Connect to a Wireless Network.
  • Choose your new Wi-Fi network and enter the password.

2. Use the HP Smart App

  • Download the HP Smart app from 123.hp.com(8).
  • Open the app and select Set up a new printer.
  • Follow the on-screen instructions to connect the printer to your new network.

3. Reset the Printer’s Network Settings

  • Press and hold the Wireless and Cancel buttons for 5 seconds.
  • The printer will reset its network settings.
  • Try reconnecting it to Wi-Fi.

Try these steps and let me know if you need further assistance!
