I am unable to connect to web services with my HP 7520 server. It has worked fine previously. I have ensured it has the latest firmware update, I have reset the web services status, reset the network settings and confirmed through my router that it has internet access but it continues to be unable to connect to web services. Is there a problem with HP web services through this model of printer currently? Printer has latest firmware available from HP. Printer has been reset to factory and re-configured. Internet connection is confirmed through my router. This issue has occurred before and the firmware update fixed it.
