Hi @Sarath3475,

Welcome to HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.

To resolve the issue with your HP Ink Tank Wireless 415 printer and gain access to the admin password, you can follow these steps.

Reset the Printer Network Settings

Restore Network Defaults:

  • Turn on the printer.
  • Press and hold the Wireless button and the Cancel button at the same time until the Power button flashes. This will restore the network settings to their default state.

Reconnect to Wi-Fi:

  • After resetting the network settings, you need to reconnect the printer to your new Wi-Fi network. You can do this using the HP Smart app on your mobile device or computer.
  • Download and install the HP Smart app from the HP website or your device's app store.
  • Open the HP Smart app and follow the on-screen instructions to add your printer and connect it to your new Wi-Fi network.

Reset the Printer to Factory Defaults

If the above steps do not work, you might need to reset the printer to its factory defaults. Note that this will erase all settings and configurations on the printer.

Factory Reset:

  • Turn on the printer.
  • Disconnect the power cord from the printer.
  • Press and hold the Wireless and Cancel buttons while reconnecting the power cord.
  • Continue to hold the buttons until the printer begins to restart. Once it restarts, the printer should be restored to its factory defaults.

Set Up the Printer Again:

  • After performing a factory reset, use the HP Smart app to set up the printer as if it were new.
  • Follow the on-screen instructions in the app to connect the printer to your Wi-Fi network and complete the setup process.

Using the HP Smart App

Download and Install HP Smart App:

  • Download the HP Smart app from the HP website or your device's app store.

Add the Printer:

  • Open the HP Smart app.
  • Click on the “+” sign to add a new printer.
  • Follow the on-screen instructions to connect the printer to your Wi-Fi network.

These steps should help you regain access to the admin settings of your HP Ink Tank Wireless 415 printer and connect it to your new Wi-Fi network.

I hope this helps.

Take care and have a good day.

After resetting the device, it is asking for printer password to connect. How to get that info?
