Operating System: macOS 10.15 Catalina

Hello, I am unable to login to the EWS page on the M102W printer. I need to change the IP address & printer won't accept the last password that I can remember through the hp smart app. I have reset the network settings, so there is no way to access via a browser. Any tips would help to reset the EWS login password. Thanks
