@Mirjor, Welcome to HP Support Community.
Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.
I'm sorry to hear you're having trouble with your HP ENVY 6430e printer. Here are a few additional steps you can try to reconnect it to your Wi-Fi network:
Restart the Printer and Router: Turn off your printer and unplug your router for about 30 seconds. Plug the router back in, wait for it to fully restart, and then turn on your printer.
Restore Network Settings:
● On the back of the printer, press and hold the Wireless button for at least three seconds.
Connect to Wi-Fi:
Using WPS: Press the WPS button on your router, then press and hold the Wireless button on your printer until the wireless light starts blinking. Wait for the connection to establish.
Using HP Smart App: Download the HP Smart app on your device, open it, and follow the prompts to add your printer and connect it to your Wi-Fi network.
Disable Firewall/Antivirus Temporarily: Sometimes, firewall or antivirus software can interfere with the connection. Temporarily disable them on your computer or router and try reconnecting the printer.
