Product: HP LaserJet MFP M140we Printer

I keep getting :

Unable to register the printer to your account

We might be experiencing a technical issue.

Error Code: OW_4XX_OWSWS0000 1

I did a factory reset it allowed me to print couple times then stopped , i need to register the printer to account !!!! 

Can someone help me to solve this issue and how . Thank you
