Common problems for Connectivity Issues

Tried setting up my printer to the wifi, it keeps blinking on the panel, and the application just loads non stop! After a good 30mins it just conveniently says- unable to find printer. What? My router has been turned on and off for N times and problems still persist. I’m way too close to the router and it just won’t budge. Tried using Bluetooth connectivity like what the FAQ reads- connecting to local printer server but still, it says Bluetooth is freaking weak? 

In summary, nothing is at fault here. It’s all my Bluetooth signal or wifi signal is **bleep**ty, no matter how many times I’ve reset and changing between my phone and laptop just to get it up and **bleep**ing print.

 

How? Am I supposed to throw this monstrosity out of the window?
