Hi @JB643,

Welcome to HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.

To reconnect your HP Envy printer to a new Wi-Fi network, you'll need to reset the printer's network settings and then reconnect it to the new network. Here’s a step-by-step guide.

Reset the Printer’s Network Settings

  • Turn on your printer.
  • Access the Settings Menu:
    • On the printer's control panel, go to the "Setup" or "Settings" menu. This is usually represented by a gear icon.
  • Reset Network Settings:
    • Navigate to "Network" or "Wireless Settings."
    • Select "Restore Network Settings" or "Restore Network Defaults."
    • Confirm the reset if prompted.

Reconnect the Printer to the New Wi-Fi Network

  • Access the Wi-Fi Setup Wizard:
    • Go back to the "Network" or "Wireless Settings" menu.
    • Select "Wireless Setup Wizard" or "Wi-Fi Setup Wizard."
  • Select Your New Wi-Fi Network:
    • The printer will search for available networks. Select your new Wi-Fi network from the list.
  • Enter the Wi-Fi Password:
    • Enter your new Wi-Fi network password using the printer's touchscreen or buttons.
  • Confirm Connection:
    • Once connected, the printer should display a confirmation message or a Wi-Fi icon on the control panel.

Reconnect the Printer to Your Devices

  • On your computer or mobile device, open the HP Smart app or go to the printer settings.
  • Add a New Printer:
    • Follow the prompts to add your printer to the new network.

Test the Connection

  • Print a test page to ensure the printer is correctly connected to your new Wi-Fi network.

I hope this helps.

Take care and have a good day.
