Unable to setup my printer wirelessly

HP Recommended
Hp deskjet 2755
macOS 10.15 Catalina

Hi i had purchased hp deskjet 2755 printer and i was not able to set it up wirelessly. Printer is unable to connect to wifi. I had tried with iphone, macbook as well as windows laptop. In all three cases the software detects the printer and afterward give the instructions to press the ( i ) button on printer. After pressing ( i ) button it moves to other process “ sending network information “ but nothing works afterward. Each process ends with same message that pronter is taking too long to setup and retry.

please help

@Raghavgupta, Welcome to HP Support Community!

Refer to the document Connect to a Wireless HP Printer for alternate connectivity methods.

If you still have issues, use the guided troubleshooter Troubleshooting | Wireless Printing Center for instruction to isolate and resolve the issue.

Alternatively, you can use the WiFi direct option to print, refer to the document HP Printers - Printing with Wi-Fi Direct.

Hope this helps! Keep me posted.
