Product: HP OfficeJet Pro 6960 All-in-One Printer
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

My printer stopped printing for some strange reason.  The printer status is showing as idle; I wanted to restore the wireless settings and an error is coming up as, "This feature has been locked by the person who set up the computer."  I never did that.

 

The HP website has not been particularly helpful in downloading the printer driver.  It says that updates are available but nothing is changing.

 

This is very frustrating and affecting my work SERIOUSLY!!
