I tried to print out some character sheets for a game night and my printer is telling me I have an issue with my account. I can't get this figured out to save my life.

I understand you are receiving an account error.

 

To assist better -

  1. Could you shqare the exact error message?
  2. Does the error indicate if it is an HP Instant ink account or HP Smart account?
