I changed internet providers and now my printer shows offline.  How do I update my new internet Wi-Fi connection on my HP Printer?  My printer is an HP Neverstop Laser MFP 1202w

Hi,

Follow below steps to Restore the wireless network settings:

  1. If a USB cable is connected to the printer, Remove the USB cable from the printer.
  2. On the printer, press and hold the Wireless button and the Cancel button at the same time for 3 seconds.
  3. Release the buttons.
  4. When the Wireless light starts blinking blue, continue the installation.

make sure your computer or mobile device is wirelessly connected to your home network, then open the HP Smart app.

Click the Plus sign, then click Setup for the listed printer to configure it to your wireless network.

 

Once the process completes you should see a solid blue wireless light on the printer.
