I cant use my web services as it asks me username and password everytime i get into it and i dont have the username and password ,i tried with the default password admin ,admin, and many other stuff but i could not login

Hi @bunny_bunny,
I am sorry to hear that the above steps did not help much but i do appreciate your efforts in performing the troubleshooting steps.
You will find the sticker with that information either at the back or in the cartridge access area on your printer when you open the lid.
Please refer to the below image for reference.
