I cannot connect to Web Services. Is it because I have one non HP printer cartridge in my printer?

2. Update Printer Firmware

  • Check for Updates: Make sure your printer’s firmware is up to date. You can find updates on the HP support website.

3. Reset Web Services

  • Reset Web Services: Go to your printer’s control panel, find the web services or setup menu, and try resetting or re-enabling web services.

4. Network Connection

  • Verify Network Connection: Ensure your printer is connected to the same Wi-Fi network as your computer or mobile device.

5. HP Smart App

  • Use the HP Smart App: Open the HP Smart app and check if you can connect to web services from there. It can also help diagnose any issues.
