Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

I switched my internet service from Spectrum to TMobile.  I don't know how to connect my HP Deskjet 2700 to the internet.  Can someone please help me.

I'd be happy to help you! 

 

I understand that you are having issues with the connectivity.

Make sure, your printer and your device are on the same network as 2.4GHZ only. 

 

Perform the steps from this document and this should help.

 

Update the firmware. Click here
