@Roz1977,

Welcome to our HP Community forum!

The HP DeskJet Ink Advantage 4675 All-in-One Printer doesn't have a physical keyboard, so there's no dedicated "apostrophe" button on it. Typically, if one is trying to enter text (e.g., for a Wi-Fi password), the printer's touchscreen interface provides a virtual keyboard.

Here’s how to find and input the apostrophe (') symbol:

  1. Access the Virtual Keyboard:

    • If you're entering a Wi-Fi password or other text, a virtual keyboard should appear on the touchscreen.
  2. Switch Keyboard Modes:

    • Look for a key labeled "123" or "Symbols" to switch to special characters.
    • The apostrophe is usually found in this symbols or punctuation section.
  3. Select the Apostrophe:

    • Tap the apostrophe (') to include it in the text.

If you have trouble navigating the interface, please check the printer’s user manual or the HP Smart app for additional guidance.  Come to think of it, please make sure you got the latest driver.

Kind Regards,
