HP Officejet Pro 9018 will not connect to Wi-Fi.  Blue light blinks on and off.

I tried resetting my router (successfully several times as other devices are working)

I tried powering off and on (had to hold power button down for 10+ seconds, then let printer rest for about 15 minutes)

Power up and it will show the message that: Cartridge cannot be used until printer is enroll in HP Instant Ink. (I have instant Ink, but with no Wi-Fi it doesn't know that)

I'll hit the HIDE button, and it wants to align the printhead.  It then says: Printing the alignment page...

This gets stuck for a long time with nothing happening.  I think it's due to not getting a Wi-Fi signal to tell it that Yes, I do have an instant ink account.
