Product: HP Color Laserjet Pro M255dw
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)
My new HP Color Laserjet Pro M255dw (7KW64A) doesn't work under Aruba/HPe Wi-Fi (AP-505, IAP-215 under mesh) 5 GHz. The network use channel 149 (EU/Europe), but the printer means channel 151 is the right one. Network use WPA2-PSK. Printer is authenticated, but never gets an IP address. Networks contains 10 more Wi-Fi-clients with no problems.
I can change for testing the access points to manufacter AVM. Here the printer works under 5 GHz.
Aruba is HP(e). The printer ist HP ... 😞
We use the highest firmware (printer) and OS (access points).
