Hi guys I've recently moved , I've got a new internet provider and new router , previous to the change in router my printer and wireless WiFi was working perfect.  

Since I've moved I cannot get the wireless wifi to connect again , I've done all the steps HP have suggested in all of their walk throughs and FAO's but still, no connection , I'm at a loss herr ,please help I'm desperate to get it working again!

Please also note: Your printer may only support 2.4GHz therefore you need to check and allow your router to broadcast both (dual) bands which are 2.4GHz and 5.0GHz.
