Common problems for Connectivity Issues
We would like to share some of the most frequently asked questions about Printer Wi-Fi, Connectivity Issues and Offline Status. Check out this link: HP printer is offline or unavailable.
HP Recommended
Microsoft Windows 11

I have just set up a new HP 250 Mobile All In One printer.

Printer set up to connect to router - all ok

Laptop WiFi set up to connect to printer DIRECT 26 HP - all ok

Now I connect to normal router WiFi to work online (internet browsing and streaming) and then I try to print a document. I get an error message. "Unable to print. Check Printer (printer offline).

The only way to resolve the error is to manually switch from the WiFi router (for normal internet browsing / streaming etc) back to the printer DIRECT 26 HP. Then I loose internet connection and the laptop is offline.

Have I missed something? Or is this correct and only way to print?

Thanks so much.
