Help! I have new WIFi and can’t connect printer to it.

I'd be glad to help you! 

 

I understand that you are having issues with Wifi connectivity.

 

Make sure, your printer and your device are on the same network as 2.4GHZ only. 

 

Connect a printer that does not have a touchscreen

For printers with buttons only, use Wi-Fi Protected Setup (WPS), the HP Smart app, or connection options from the printer homepage.

If one method does not work, try another method. Click here
