Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

I have changed internet provider but I'm unable to get my printer to connect to the wifi.  My router does not have a WPS button and the virtual assistant is no help. I've updated all my other home products but the printer is only like a bog standard copier  but anything from my computer or phone is not printable. I have reset it back to factory settings but that is it....please help in layman terms.

Hi,

Make sure your printer is ready, then press and hold the Wireless and Cancel buttons together till the power light starts blinking, then power off the printer and back on.

 

Make sure your computer is connected wirelessly to the same wireless network, as well make sure you see a nearby HP-Setup-3510 "network" in the nearby wireless networks list, then reinstall the HP Software for your printer by selecting a wireless connection and follow the steps on screen to reconnect the printer:

If the computer is connected with an Ethernet cable, you will be guided to temporarily connect a USB cable during the setup.
