HP RNVy 5010

I have HP wireless Printer ENVY 5010 , I have to restart my modem and printer after every one or two days other wise , it doesn’t print via wireless connection . and shows printer is unavailable. I placed it close to the modem and put it away too , just to check the response, but in both scenarios it asks to restart modem and printer to print . I cannot do this every day to print something from my Mobile or laptop.

I have very fast internet  with strong signals every where in my house with the speed of 1Gbs

any advice?

 Thank you

Welcome to the HP Support Community.

Let's restore the network settings on the Printer and then connect it back to the Wi-Fi:

To restore the printer to the original network settings 1. From the Home screen, touch (Wireless) and then touch ( Settings ). 2. Touch Restore Network Settings, and then follow the onscreen instructions.

To connect printer to the Wi-Fi:

1. On the printer control panel display, from the Home screen, touch ( Wireless ). 2. Touch ( Settings ). 3. Touch Wireless Setup Wizard . 4. Follow the display instructions to complete the setup.

Let me know if this helps.
