Hello, my Officejet Pro 8610 will not connect to wifi. The error states that the wireless capabilities have been disabled and for me to contact my administrator. I have tried resetting the network defaults and resetting to factory default conditions and neither have done anything to solve this issue.
From past posts, it seems like I need to have the printer reset? Is HP Support able to help me with this?
Thank you!

@nerak31, Welcome to HP Support Community!
The only option left is to perform a full reset and re-initialize the printer.
The reset instructions are specific for your printer and performing those steps on a different printer may brick the device.
I've sent you a private message with reset instructions, follow the reset instruction to perform a full reset and re-initialize the printer.
In order to access your private messages, click the private message icon on the upper right corner of your HP Community profile, next to your profile Name or simply click on this link.
Hope this helps!

I am having the same issue with HP 8610 - Wireless capabilities have been disabled by my administrator. It's a home printer. I've tried a Network Reset and Full Factory Reset from the printer's control panel, but no luck. Can you assist please? Thanks!
