Wireless connection is lost even when it’s plugged into router.. how do I fix this?

It says my printer isn’t connected to a network and to speak to the person who set it up. Well my dad can’t remember what he did wrong and I’ve tried to reset this to factory settings and have had no luck. We currently have the printer plugged in with an Ethernet cable but still no luck.. any suggestions?
