Operating System: macOS 12.0 Monterey

HP ENVY 64 All in one.  My "Printer Information Report states that "Printer not Connected to the Internet"  However, late it states that "The printer is conned to the Wi-Fi network .  .  ." then gives the IP address, and then states "Signal strength is excellent."  "This printer is connected to the Internet".  The "I" white button is on.  When I press it the red "X" comes up.  What do I do?
