Product: HP ENVY 4500 e-All-in-One Printer

Hi we have just changed provider (UK VODAPHONE) and I can not get my printer to connect I have tried various trouble shooting ideas ( restarted everything , restored factory settings , pressesd wps buttons etc and no joy ) printed a report and it suggested MAC address or printer to be added to permitted devices before continuing , I have no idea what this means or how ! I really need my printer please can someone help !
