Product: HP ENVY Photo 7800

My printer all of a sudden wouldn't print any documents over wi-fi. The HP app says that the printer's status is ready, but it won't print. I did a wireless network test and the results state, "The wireless radio is not functioning. Contact HP support". Can anyone help with this?

This clearly is a hardware issue. 

 

Please reach out to the HP Support in your region regarding the service/replacement options for your printer.
