Product: HP OfficeJet Pro 8710 All-in-One Printer

My printer does not recognize my USB connection to my PC.  HP Print and Scan Doctor says it's not connected?  I've run all the tests (unplug, disconnect, reset, etc) and nothing changes.  I use Norton 360 and find no issues with firewall.  I know the print works just fine but it suddenly stopped working because USB connection no recognized.  Another PC using wireless connection works just fine.  Help please.
