Common problems for Connectivity Issues
We would like to share some of the most frequently asked questions about Printer Wi-Fi, Connectivity Issues and Offline Status. Check out this link: HP printer is offline or unavailable.

I can't get connected to the Wifi on the laptop, it will not accept the Router pin from the laptop. I'm now unsure if I'm using the right number. Where should the number be on the printer.

I understand that printer will not accept the pin.

 

Please restore n/w settings and reconnect the printer to the network

 

 

1.      Turn off the Router, Printer, and computer/ mobile devices.  

2.      Wait for 60 seconds.  

3.      Turn on the Router first and wait for all the lights to stabilize.  

4.      Turn on the printer and allow it to configure itself.
