To assist you better, kindly elaborate on the issue.

Are you trying to connect the printer to the wireless network?

If yes, 

On the printer screen, go to Setup > Network Setup > Restore network settings

Go back to Network > Wireless > Wireless setup wizard and select your network.

 

If you are getting a message that the feature is blocked by the administrator, we will have to perform a factory reset on the printer to resolve this issue.
