Despite being connected to wifi, for some reason my printer will not connect to the instant ink and so I cannot print.  It was working fine but suddenly stopped. I have deleted all apps etc and reinstalled everything but still not working

I would need to know a few details regarding your Instant ink account to help you get the ink cartridges sorted.

 

Since the instant ink account details are confidential, please send me the required information via private message.

Please check your Private message icon on the upper right corner of your HP Forums profile,

Next, to your profile Name, you should see a little blue envelope, please click on it.

The main reason why you might be unable to print with HP Instant Ink cartridges is that the subscription has been canceled. After your final billing cycle ends, HP Instant Ink cartridges no longer work and should be mailed back in a recycling envelope.
