unable to connect printer to internet after my move. I have tried wps, the app the only way is with the usb cable

May I know If you have changed the region?

 

To assist better:

  • May I have the exact model name of the product? Refer to this document for steps to find the product details. Do not share any of your personal information such as serial, phone number, email ID, etc.

Could you please elaborate on the issue?
