i have an HP officejet 8610 and it has stopped connecting to my wifi. It connects to my wifi at home but not on my network at work. tried all kinds of fixes but nothing worked. saw on the community there was a reset for it from "Betty" that was an HP employee. wondering if she could sent me the fix via private message to see if this will fix my issue.

Welcome to the HP Support Community.

 

Let's restore the network settings on the Printer: 1. From the printer control panel, touch and slide your finger across the screen, touch Setup, and then touch Network Setup. 2. Touch Restore Network Defaults, and then touch Yes. A message appears stating that the network defaults have been restored. 3. Touch OK.

 

Once done, connect the Printer to the work Wi-Fi: 1. From the printer control panel display, touch and slide your finger across the screen and then touch Setup. 2. Touch Network Setup. 3. Touch Wireless Settings. 4. Touch Wireless Setup Wizard. 5. Follow the display instructions to complete the setup.
