My printer will not listen to my PC. HP smart recognizes the printer but will not connect. I go through 'diagnose and fix' which, in the end, tells me "Diagnose and Fix could not find your printer."

The rpinter says WiFI connect, Network WiFi, and ePrint are all ON. I have run the printer's Wireless Network Test Report multiple times. It says signal strength is Excellent. 

I have a new modem, router, and extender, 5G and 2.4 Ghz. When I go through wireless setup wizard on the printer LED, using my SSID and new password, it tells me connection is established on my SSID on channel 1, 2.4 GHZ.

 

I have spend sooo much time on this and still cannot get it to print. It should not be this complicated!

I have no problem printing from my Samsung phone and tablet.
