@monica5531, Welcome to HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.
Yes, you can factory reset your HP OfficeJet Pro 8210 even if the touchscreen is unresponsive. Here's how to do it using the button combination method, which works when the touchscreen is stuck:

Please note:

  • A factory reset will erase all settings including network configuration, preferences, and any saved data.
  • You might need to reinstall firmware or reconfigure the printer after the reset.

Steps to Factory Reset HP OfficeJet Pro 8210 Without Using Touchscreen:

  1. Turn the printer ON (even if it's stuck).
  2. Disconnect the power cable from the back of the printer while it is still on.
  3. Wait for 60 seconds.
  4. Press and hold the following buttons at the same time
     Cancel button (red X)
     Right Arrow button (→)
  5. While holding these, plug the power cable back in.
  6. Keep holding the buttons for 10–15 seconds until the printer starts to reset or turns off/on again.
  7. Release the buttons and let the printer boot up.

Once the reset is done, you should be able to:

  • Reconnect it to Wi-Fi with the new password.
  • Access the setup menu again.

I hope this helps.

Take care and have a good day.
