Product: deskjet 3722
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

The printer was working fine until we changed to a new internet provider. When I tried to set the printer up, it would connect to the router but by doing so disconnects the internet connection. I tried to use connect with the USB cable and that doesn't work, either. Also, the Web Services light keeps flashing amber and I can't get it stop. I have rebooted and  reset everything, several times.
