Product: HP Photosmart Premium Fax All-in-One C410c
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

The printer all the clutch disconnects from the WI_FI and via USB computer does not recognize the printer. To a problem that has long been that a printer does not always recognize an on-key disk or a memory card. I did a reset to factory settings did not help.
