So Far only 4215 Pages have been printed from this printer. I can print the Printer Status Report and HP Office Jet Pro 8710 Series Print Quality Diagnostic Page.
But When we try to make copies, it will not work.
When we try to print wireless, it will not print.
When we try to print directly connected through to Desktop USB it will not print. The computer will wake the printer, but will not print.
I factory reset, cleaned rollers, changed cartridge,
Yesterday, Took OFF early from work.
Today, I went to work late, finally someone from Technical came on the phone and said, "Since it has been FOUR YEAR PRINTER, EVEN THOUGH IT IS IN GOOD CONDITION WE UPDATE NEW FIRMWARE FOR THAT YOU CANNOT USE THIS PRINTER ANYMORE". This Does not make sense to me. My Printer has Factory plastic in certain places, with no scratches. Then he said I am sending this link. HP is disabling us from using these printers and forcing us to use their printers.
