Hi @RJHM,

Welcome to the HP Support Community.

I'd be happy to help you!

I understand that you are having issues with the blinking lights.

Flashing orange lights on the HP DeskJet 3752 usually indicate a problem with the printer. Here are some steps you can take to troubleshoot the issue:

Check the Ink Cartridges:

  • Open the printer's cartridge access door and ensure the ink cartridges are properly installed. Remove and reinsert them to ensure they are seated correctly.

Check for Paper Jams:

  • Inspect the printer for any paper jams. Remove any stuck paper carefully.

Power Cycle the Printer:

  • Turn off the printer and unplug it from the power source. Wait for about 60 seconds, then plug it back in and turn it on.

Check Printer Connections:

  • Ensure that the printer is connected to the Wi-Fi network (if using wireless) or that the USB cable is securely connected to the computer.

Reset the Printer:

  • With the printer turned on, disconnect the power cord from the back of the printer and the wall outlet. Wait for 60 seconds, reconnect the power cord to the wall outlet, and then reconnect it to the printer.

Check the Printer's Status:

  • After performing the above steps, check the printer's control panel for any error messages or status indicators.

If the problem persists after trying these steps, this could be a hardware issue.

Hope this helps! Keep me posted for further assistance
