HI,

 

The ePrint service is now operating only from a very specific email address (originating), so for example, if I'll send it from [Personal Information Removed] it will send, however - any other email I will send it from (and that is also on the allowed list) - simple don't do anything (not even replying back for errors).  

 

I also tried to change for "allow to all",  I reset the Printer to its default, update all that was there to update, even created a new HPSmart account and nothing helps. 

 

The weird thing is that I'm not even getting back an error.  I simply send the email and nothing happen,
