Product: envy photo 7855
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I switched isp providers and now have a new router The printer will not connect to the router via ethernet. when i log into the router there is no connection I have tried everything and finally installed it via usb this is a temporary fix but i need it on the network.  I am totally frustrated. When I tried to do a setup via ethernet I got a message that the printer wasn't connected.

any help would be appreciated
