error message 55.0602 on HP Laser Jet Pro M281cdw; how to reset NVRAM

Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I am receiving error message 55.0602 on HP Laser Jet Pro M281cdw.  I have tried all of the online fixes and restarted the printer 4 or 5 times, with and without router, etc.  Most thread indicate that if this does not work, the NVRAM must be reset, but it is nigh impossible to find instructions on how to do that.  

 

Can anyone help me?
